The fact that the police dog was named “Officer Frisbee,” presumably after the dog Andy Samberg hates most in the world, is enough to give this episode an A.

One. Bloomberg has donated $$$ to their programs job training and youth initiatives. He’s donated 10B to liberal causes for decades from Planned Parenthood, Emily’s List, Sierra Club, CDC, WHO, maternal health programs in Tanzania. He founded one of largest gun control organization in the  US. One year alone he spent

I don’t know why everyone seems to forget Ms. de Armas’ stellar “work” in “Knock, Knock” along side Keanu Reeves

I thought If Beale Street Could Talk was so lovely and then it was quickly forgotten. The trailer I have seen for The Photograph doesn’t do much to make the movie seem interesting, other than featuring pretty people being pretty & in love.

There was a time I told myself that our classics like Living Single don’t bring enough eyes from the masses to signify these big companies putting their weight into attaining the rights.

Monique, you are one of my favorite writers here, and I recognize from your writing that you are grieving through this too, but here comes the but.

I remember Spooks (MI-5 in the US) subverted expectations by killing off a main character, played by one of the better-known cast members, in the second episode. A very brutal death too.

I’m glad to see Aldis Hodge getting some really solid work and good parts. i remember first seeing him on leverage years ago and he was the obvious standout

Idris Elba is many things, but if the Sky TV advert on at the moment is anything to go by a singer is not one of them.

I love to watch bad movies, but I really really hate musicals. I kind of want to see this, but only if the audience hates it as much as I do. If they like it, it would be just torture to sit through. Best time I ever had at a movie was watching “Exorcist II” and the audience was heckling it and yelling “Pazuzu”

Snowpiercer really was ahead of it’s time.

I’m sorry...after the tribute to Motown featuring Jennifer Lopez nothing surprises me...
