Has anyone else realized the absolute absurdity of the term "peace officer"? I cannot get over that this is a real, actual, commonly used term. If only we could resurrect George Carlin.

I'm so fucking sick of Facebook and other social media commenters going "Now, I wasn't there, and don't know everything that happened, so I'm not going to rush to judgment" and then they continue to rush to judgment that Scott shouldn't have run or some other vague dumbass comment that insinuates a rationalization for

These are the same people that latch onto liking random “blue collar” (read: boring, white) teams like Gonzaga. This girl in my office ranted endlessly about how they “play the game”. She’s from Northern California and went to St. John’s and is a New York (FOOTBALL) Giants fan. These people are the worst.

Yup, if I have to read one more comment about how the NCAA is better than the NBA because “these kids play with heart, not for money,” I’m going to fucking lose it.

So these are the types of people responsible for “[insert random celebrity’s name] feet” being the top search anytime you try to find someone’s IMDB page.

Not sure if this falls in “soft” sexism, but it’s sexism either way. I use to work for a mid-sized company that was mostly women. A few of the directors and executives were women, but the rest mostly held mid-tier project manager type positions. None of the principals/owners were women. I am a college-educated white

That was the same year, but game 3. I loved that the mics picked up all of Balfour’s swearing. He was certainly a dick and “raged” unnecessarily but it started from VMart staring him down. “What the fuck are you looking at?!” That wasn’t the first time Balfour overreacted to a batter eye-fucking him.

lol guess you missed the part about momentum. If that hadn’t happened, they wouldn’t have had to face Verlander again. The series would have been over.

and they could actually go back and change the outcome of this series since it was proven (and clearly fucking obvious) at the time that the series was fixed. And no one cares. Also, fuck Kobe for intentionally elbowing Mike Bibby on that inbounds play too.

AAAAANDDDDD that play he blew his knee out on was a fucking FUMBLE. and no, Wilson turning the ball over on the next play does not make that mistake okay.

Where to begin...since it’s too difficult to choose between any number of game ending plays from the Niners recent NFC championship losses and their Super Bowl loss, I’m going with this one.

Jesus I'm dumb. I don't know what I was on yesterday. I was thinking of Anchor Steam's IPA.

I went to a game against the Twins last year (my mom grew up in Minnesota and is a Twins fan) and I had to listen to these people sitting behind me talk about the DUMBEST shit all night.

“Shavlik Randolph is a white dude?”- O’Brien Schofield

Well when it’s on loan from Scalabrine, expect it to have some wear it and tear.

Yes, there are dickhead A's fans. But because of the sheer number of bandwagon Giants fans, I see and deal with those more. Also, yes San Jose was originally A's territory and was given to the Giants by the A's, but I was actually referring to the Giants being allowed to put a Giants Dugout Store in Walnut Creek.

Now playing

After watching the Justin Bieber roast, I'm not sure anyone likes "old" rappers anymore, but whatever. This is what I'll be slappin in my candy-paint SLAB with the top down, trunk popped, when its 105 out.

This was a team option as the last year of his previous contract that the Cardinals picked up. Remember reading that they were thinking of adding performance based incentives, not sure if they ever did.

Also, I really love their IPA label. The green background with the elephant is perfectly olde-timey and they just released it in cans, which is awesome.
