Agreed. I feel like if you need really basic jokes like that explained, comedy may not be your thing.

No defense of Leno here, but the “man on the street” segment is a lot older than Stuttering John’s usage.

Everything else needed notwithstanding, there was a pretty terrible shooting in Aurora that probably affected The Dark Knight Rises.

Oh, I have this problem. When I was born, my father decided that, since I was born on some obscure “Saint’s Day” in his Italian hometown, that would be my name. Unfortunately, he didn’t discuss this with my mother who basically said “Forget that,” and just called me what she wanted to call me.

Worse than that, it zig zags a little. It could still work because the sightlines end approximately at the hallways exterior of his kitchen, and the hallways could then somehow angle.

The kitchen is also, unrealistically, angled.

This weird ass show is genuinely clever and funny, and that surprised me.

I don’t think it’s because he can’t read her mind. She might just lack a soul for him to sense.

A fair assessment (one that I mostly agree with) but only if the service is actually producing genuinely compelling programming -- which isn’t what Netflix is doing.

Yeah, I’m going to trust the mental assessment of the guy that had the neural disease that crafted bizarre speaking rules preventing him from speaking normally.

Actually just watched Police Squad! For the first time with my 12 year old. We both enjoyed it immensely, and now he wants to watch Airplane and the Naked Gun.
