Exactly.

I enjoyed it; Raymond Lee is a likeable lead. I did not enjoy the fact that they missed out on bringing Sam Beckett home.

Nor did we get an Oh Boy.

Or an updated version of the theme song.

But other than that, decent show.

Nice article. Bizarre advertising placement slightly impacted my ability to read though. Not sure what’s up with that.

Respectfully, very misleading takeaway for a headline. The question was loaded: “Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry had strict rules about what was appropriate for his show. Were you privy to what informed that thinking?

And then Shatner responds accordingly, and then laughs thinking of Roddenberry twirling in his

A lot of Caliendo’s impression is pretty solid, despite the absolute atrociousness of the sketch.

Appreciated the Great News name drop; that show deserved more.

I was thinking, during the final shots of the season finale, that beyond the arc of Ed losing everything and abandoning Earth to live on Mars they’re trying to keep Joel Kinnaman around as long as possible, perhaps even claiming that being on Mars is aging him slower because lower gravity blah blah technobabble.

Well, hey now, from the ripe old age of 3 months until my 23rd year of life — my birthday is in August I spent a minimum of two to a maximum of four weeks, every January, at my grandparents winter home in Miami, later their condo in Hallandale. So I think I can safely say I know a thing or two about Florida.

Hold on a second...

IT’S BEEN THERE ALL ALONG.

I used to enjoy Garfield because, honestly, a lot of the strips back in the day were kinda weird. Everything was just slightly off.

I think you might be misremembering the build up with Thanos. From “I’ll do it myself” — with his colouring being much more purple, to having to retcon the existence of an Infinity Gauntlet on Asgard, they weren’t exactly sewing carefully laid seeds at the time because the future movie slate was much more tenuous, and

“Bringing in a whole other franchise could certainly muddle some of that mythology, so he just wanted to be sure.”

Givin’ me palpitations with that.

Sean Kelly, one would hope.

This broken telephone level nonsense by early viewers that stems from the fact that the Flash TV show did a great job casting Teddy Sears as *what you would expect a Golden Age Jay Garrick to look like.*

I can see the stylistic choice coming out of the fact that it was an impossibility to get it to look completely realistic for the duration of the movie -- given the number of VFX shots required. Personally, I had no problem with the Speed-Force slo-mo effects, or the Chronobowl/Multiverse ones.

Which character is this?

Pa Kent: Portrayed as a kindly, supportive, encouraging man who teaches a young Clark Kent to his his powers for good — even using the “With Great Power must come Great Responsibility” line years before it appeared in Spider-Man.

But hey, why acknowledge the history of the character when you can just gaslight online, I

Anyone that uses the “this is just YOUR version of Superman” fundamentally misunderstands both the character of Superman, and how a character like Superman has been handled over 80+ years.

Saying “head [canon]” like Superman was created two weeks before that movie came out.
