But you can buy a dog a new toy once in a while and it’ll have fun!

You’re exactly right I think. The balance is extremely difficult to pull off though, and Blizzard does a great job. Otherwise a better (more fun) game will take its place. It could use more modes though imo. Brawl is okay but I’d like to see a kind of tournament mode, like in poker.

Going turn 9 against a misplaying opponent? You must be good ;) or they weren’t misplays. Or it happens so rarely, you’re complaining about something that almost never happens.

Nothing more random than ‘I sure hope I get lands after mulligan this time, or I won’t even be playing any card.’ Kibler himself said, ‘when playing any card game, you buy into a certain amount of randomness, cause drawing cards’. It’s all part of the game(s).

You’re describing almost any competitive game in existence. It’s dynamic vs static. Predictability vs excitement. Soccer? Luck who hits the ball right to score, who’s sick that day etc. Chess? Start with white or black randomly, opponent misplayed etc. If you’re looking for perfect predictability, you’re not looking

So you don’t like the game, I understand. I like it tremendously though. Flaw for you, fun for me :) Looking for THE flawless game? Good ‘luck’ ;)

Chill out dude! What if I hate to see self made shaman decks when I play patron?
