Luv it #badgirlsunite

One of my ex-boyfriends who is Mexican once told me he wasnt allowed to watch The Cosby Show growing up. He was like "I didnt watch The Cosby Show. I'm not Black"

Black women aren't allowed to be complicated — they're just angry. Black women aren't allowed to be upset or vulnerable — they're just angry. Black women are not allowed justifiable reactions to the myriad of bullshit — racist, sexist and otherwise — that they face. Oh, you know those black ladies are just so

ONLY a white woman could get away with this behavior on TV

Yes! thats why so many of the coveted booties in the entertainment industry these days are surgically enhanced. Nicki's body isnt at all proportional but people still push the idea that it real...ummmm what? check photos of her before 2009, she was stick thin with no hips or butt before her surgery

The scary thing is that I feel like I've ran into SOOO many dudes online who are exactly like this.

Love Mo'ne!

Instead of spending so much time worrying about Blue Ivy's hair, perhaps take some time for yourself and do some soul searching so you can understand why you're so damn bothered by this little black girl's hair. Get to the root of why you're so unhappy with yourself that tearing down Blue Ivy Carter makes you feel

Yeah I'm not sure why people dont want to acknowledge how effective Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant has been. I watched that show when it first aired and it was pretty shocking to me and I'm an adult. I could imagine it having an even larger impact on a young woman in that age group.

I hope the CDC is planning a massive study which actually surveys teen to find out why behaviors have changed so rapidly. I think Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant has alot to do with it.

I have family who lives in St.Louis (some just 10 min from Ferguson) and they agree with this move. No protesters are out after midnight. Most of the looters are coming in from outside Ferguson and taking advantage of a horrible situation. 12am-5am is a reasonable time to be indoors.

Can we talk about how Kanye actually came out his mouth in an interview, complaining that he unsuccessfully tried to partner with Gucci and Louis V. by saying his association with those companies would convince the urban market (read. stupid black people) to buy more of their products (read. overpriced shit). And

Yeah I have to agree. This reminds me of comments my aunt, sister & brother-in-law made after the NFL player for the KC Chiefs killed his fiance in front of their child in 2012 or 2013. I'm from KC so we were sitting around talking about how horrible it was and then my aunt decided to start the victim-blaming

Yeah theres a huge level of support going to the issue of security

Anyone who hates on doggy-style simply doesnt know how to do it right. Doggy-style is fucking great!

and this is why the entire premise of this show is problematic. the idea that 'blackness' is defined by where you grow up, how you talk, dress and what type of music you listen to. #slamsheadagainstdesk

I havent seen the promos but the entire premise sounds extremely othering to me. "Like, OMG a Black family living in the suburbs, how will these crazy people manage!?!?!?!" Black Americans are no different than any other Americans, we aren't foreigners.... I wish I could support but I cant get behind a show that is

I saw her a few years ago at an outdoor festival. It was 90+ degree heat in the summer and she showed up 1.5 hours late. It was especially disrespectful bc there were 4 performers that needed to go on after her and we were all sitting out in the sun baking in the heat for no discernible reason. I loved her back in

Missionaries also disgust me but at this point the christian religion is so deeply embedded in Africa that they are welcomed with open arms

He's a classic narcissist. He doesnt love her for who she is, he loves the fact that standing next to her makes him feel more powerful. Shes nothing more than a trophy to him. He actually rendered her as an Ass Trophy on the cover of one of his latest singles where he rapped about how he "won her" over all the other
