Out of any Dragonball game made, I’ve probably given the most effort and time into the mobile game Dragonball Legends. Which is GREAT & FREE.

Of course it’s windy, it’s surrounded by the sea with all the lands air rising, and the cold sea air surrounding pretty much everything, moving in to take it’s place. In terms of scale, an island/country this tiny would probably have alot of wind from the sea.
