I’m not saying pedophiles can be cured through the healing power of prayer or some other Christian nonsense, but there is psychiatric therapy that can help some (not all) sex offenders of all kinds to have control over their illegal sexual impulses and not act on them. Criminal pedophiles would do what they do if the punishment was public beheading by butter knife, they can’t help themselves.
