Slave cylinder on certain (the most common) Vauxhall Vivaros. It’s in the gearbox. So you have to remove the front subframe, and split the gearbox from the engine.
All to change the slave cylinder....

Was the one in space a purple SE30? If so, i had exactly the same poster.
What is this ‘significant other’ you speak of?
This one, here ^ . If i was caught using torches for headlights, that would be 6 points. 3 each for the faultly lights. Bald rear tires? Have another 6 points (three for each tire). WHAM! 12 points and i’m banned from driving.
An M.O.T tester (or someone from VOSA) would have a fit if they saw one of them on our roads.
Dang, i was hoping they would be a bargain compared to a warship. Ah well.
Would i be right in thinking that these relatively cheap and ‘off the shelf’ compared to a conventional warship? It does seem rather odd to only have one, and one that is clearly past it’s prime.
*waaarrrble, chiiuff, waaaerrrble*
Law in England allows a 10% error. So 33mph would have been fine.
CP. Not tidy enough for that.
I cannot agree more with this. I’ve had two cars in yellow. The reasons the Volvo i currently drive is Silver is because A, They didn’t make it in Yellow and B, Almost nobody bought the Burnt Orange they did! Which sucks, as i’ve also had a car in burnt orange.
I still think the problem is with the manufactures. You…
No. Lost me at the engine. It’s a turd, makes this thing painfully slow and means it has waaay more bark than bite.
Looked at about two of the pictures and voted NP. The irrational want for one of these is strong.
I would have definitely stuck Toyota’s V12 in there instead. It would be more in keeping with the car, and would have provided ample pace and reliability.
Bit late to the party here as i’ve spent the last three days setting-up, marshaling and tearing down a drift weekend. One day was a fun day, one was competitive. Lots of girls drifting and there were at least 3 girls competing (more wanted, but we ran out of room).
It’s a shame he sold it. We’re not sure if it’ll be on the grid this year.
I was rolling with the metaphor...
Well done, Britain. You shot your own dicks off.
I would have thought a boosted one of these would be immense. You could put the turbo in the V (a ‘hot v’ i think it’s called) and you would have a smooth, powerful and compact engine. If it was mostly aluminium as well, it would be quite light too.
F*ck it, NP.
Not a problem. i’m always happy to unload a bit of obscure information!
