You’re right that there would either have to be dialogue/names/visual clues or some sort of intentional representation. I’m saying I wish there was some.

Yeah conceptually I like the setting, even if it’s a little more sci-fi than my cup of tea, but my big gripe is that it’s not about a US Army Green Beret rifle squad anymore. Or, well, it kind of is, except it’s a looter/shooter third-person action-adventure with a lot of cosmetic crap to buy.

Meanwhile I’m just looking for one Jewish character that isn’t a hasidic street NPC lol. Isn’t Peter traditionally Jewish-coded in Spider-Man lore? Talk about underrepresentation... it’s NYC for crying out loud.

Meanwhile I was just hoping for one Jewish guy other than the orthodox NPC walking around. I mean it’s NYC come on.

It’s almost wild to say it but if you want to play... let’s call it a “US Army FPS type game” on Xbox or PS5, there are very few options. That sounds sort of crazy considering how ubiquitous games like Call of Duty and Battlefield are in gaming, but if you really step back and think about it, that’s basically all

The article acknowledges that explicitly.

All the people I know with a Tesla (a handful, lots of early adopters here in Chicago) are ditching them for other EVs that aren’t owned by antisemites and white supremacists. Or at least ones that don’t brag about it so openly. It’s ironic that I’d rather buy a Ford EV than a Tesla considering the politics of the form

That cutscene with the “flashback” is the best (unintentional) comedy in a game I’ve seen in years. I’d take this over one more Ubisoft open world cutscene game. Look I’m sure the game sucks but that gave me a lot of joy.

OK I am hearing you but why does this look awesome anyway

I hate when I cave and buy a game before it’s on GP! I should have waited on Game Pass, a lot of those EA games eventually make their way there. Looking forward to City Skylines II.

Right is this not just someone sort of falling off a motorcycle? lol. “Oh it’s a reference!”

That’s pretty much what I do with mine. I use the Xbox a lot, but I got FOMO and had to get a PS5 as well (I blame the pandemic’s initial cabin fever months for my stupid purchase decisions over the past few years).

Interviewing and hiring for a position like that would traditionally take months and you’d want at least some overlap for training if possible. If they’re not filling the position and it it’s just going to report directly to Phil Spencer, you’d need less time, and even then two months is not a long time. He’s not

I’m going to buy it and I’m going to love it, but it’s also the kind of game that makes me look across my TV to the other side where my Xbox sits and makes me grateful for Game Pass, which is the perfect place for a game like this, that I’m going to play for 15 hours, beat, and then never touch again. At least that’s

These are new generations? I’m talking about slim models of existing consoles?

lmao ok so then enjoy I guess. But there’s obvious consumer benefit.

I don’t believe you lmao. Listen I have an Xbox and a Playstation. It’s sort of annoying but it’s OK with me because I care enough about all the games. If you’re this bothered you should get one too.

I mean it’s not a lot of time for a major position at the company. This is effectively his exit.

Say that to my Game Pass subscription. That thing is paying for itself right now.

VV being pulled from the Tony Hawk 3+4 Remake to work on Diablo is one of the saddest things man.
