Supposedly if you leave it I the low power mode it's suggested that restart it every now and agin to get rid of the lag, if you hold the power button for something like 10 seconds it will reboot, it helped clear up the lag I had on the home screen so it might work for this too

Once you go to your home screen, press "Start" on the big window and you'll get the option to quit the app. Hope that helps. :)

Yeah I know that. I'm right now selling it over in Ebay. The first week with my Xone was funny, just yelling commands and see which ones works and which doesnt. But after that, you start to see the faults and become frustrating. I ordered my PS4 last saturday and I think was a good decision
