Can confirm. I have two B13 SE-Rs in my garage. Occasionally I just walk over, open the garage door, exclaim “WOW!” and close the door.

He could eat concrete over a bunch of V6 Mustangs at that rate!

Aside from one lone exception, [Wilhelm Scream] [Splat] I can’t stand Wacky Zany Morning Zoo Drive Time Shows With a Bunch Of Wild Goofy Pranksters and One Woman Who Always Acts Befuddled. [OHHH MYY GAWDDD] [fart] [ding ding ding] [slide whistle] Coming up is Traffic on the 8s with Bobby Barricade. [zooooooom]

I’d agree, but I’m fairly biased as the guy has the same face the contractor (that ripped me off) had on his ID photo. Quintessential scumbag face.

That’s fantastic, sounds like outright success all around!

I had found that in the time leading up to TGT’s debut and was thrilled about it. Shame they had to swap out much of the epic soundtrack from certain segments and replace it with video poker music - especially apparent in any of the specials - but in any case it’s great to be able to easily access all the old TG

I find things I love about nearly any genre of music, but I especially love anything instrumental, from trance to ambient house for wrenching sessions. I have a few nonstop albums of stuff similar to this for long stints in the shop.

It reminded me of this series of videos from the Ft McMurray fire. I hope I’m fortunate enough to never have to experience this for real. I wouldn’t wish having to desperately escape your own neighborhood, as it goes up in flames, on my worst enemy.

I’m not normally affected this much by videos, this was horrifying to watch. I can’t even imagine being in this scenario. Even just to be holding that camera, knowing that even one split-second choice may mean I’m recording my own demise.

Nice buy! I’m a B13 Sentra guy myself, two SE-Rs. I wish you the best of luck with the purchase - hopefully by the sounds of it you’ll get both the car and the karting! Wallingford is fun but Brookfield is better. Faster track, generally less busy to boot. Have fun! Our personal Day Pass record currently stands at 27

That is about the most stereotypical thing that a RAV4 and BMW X3 driver could ever do together.

Your best bet - if you can get a Friday off work - is to do the $98 “Day Pass” which gives you unlimited races, booked two heats at a time, at both locations from noon to closing (I believe 11PM) - you can do the Day Pass any weekday but best value is Friday due to the longest hours. Heats are generally $20 per, but

The owner of the leg slammed staight into the wall so hard that his leg took a Rainbow Road shortcut over the barrier onto the other half of the track. Thankfully nobody hit it, I was able to hand it back over to him without either of us leaving our karts. Certainly took a moment coming around the corner before it set

Good eye! We were bummed that they got rid of the short-lived old configuration you mentioned. The new track is much more fun in reverse than in its normal direction. Thankfully the staff let us run reverse more often than not, despite a specific 90-degree right after the fastest section we came to call “Hospital

The video’s a mix of the two OnTrack locations in Brookfield and Wallingford, Connecticut.

I had a feeling - as I was writing my comment I was questioning whether the layman would be allowed to drive a Rotax kart in the first place. In any case, even 12.5hp (corrected for your correction - 9hp) is more than enough for the uninitiated to maim themselves or others!

In high school I worked at what I call a “tourist kart” track, just the little 5.5hp Honda karts that do around 20mph. Considering the horrible things average people managed with those, I can’t even imagine the nightmares that unfold at a place where at least one Rotax Max engine exists. Even OnTrack, which are faster

Karting is as fun as it is incredibly safe.

I actually picked the beanie with sunglasses guy only because all the other characters look like dead-eyed creeps behind the wheel.
