I find it interesting that the uninformed still occasionally ask if he is "still in jail", despite not being convicted - and passing away in 2005. As one piece of literature put it - When a man is accused, it's on the front page. When he is acquitted, it is on page six.

Sounds like he may have missed the point of the final question!

What's wrong with motorcycle riders not being caught in traffic-jams caused by people like you?

The problem is that the majority of Americans don't ride motorcycles, and they have a bizarre inferiority complex that causes them to wage passive-aggressive road warfare on those who do ride motorcycles. Those who have the power and authority to create these laws are always those sort of people - any law that would

When questioned, Jolly stated that he considers himself a fuel-injected suicide machine.

I looove old school full-size vans.

Not a fan? I really enjoyed it myself! But like any film, it's all subjective.

What year is your four-cylinder variant? Mine was a '96 and the plastic cooling-system fittings were the crutch of the entire engine.

I'd love to see an AMG or Brabus version of this, a-la Ford Supervan. Why? Because reasons.

That's the one!

I love his channel(s), my other favorite video compilation is of Colin McRae on Tour De Corse 1993 with the Legacy RS. Electrifying to watch.

I've always had a soft-spot for Ford Sierras / Merkur XR4TIs in all forms. There's one that does RallyCross with me and it's absolutely fantastic. There used to be a video on amjayes2's YouTube "The Rally Channel" that featured nothing but insane Sierra Cosworth RS500 clips, but it seems to have disappeared. Shame!

Correct, but enthusiasts like to put their own spin on it as well. Hell, in my area there is even a silver Nissan S12 hatchback with DeLorean-esque window louvers with a license plate that reads as "Great Scott!"

DeLoreans are awesome. As everybody knows they weren't terribly great cars from the factory, especially performance-wise, but even in stock form they will remain eternally cool. There's one that cruises around my town in the summer and it never ceases to draw a crowd.

On second thought, forget the blackjack!

Most of it is the truck itself having some of the more expensive options (Z82 trailering package and G80 locking rear differential), but not saying they aren't pocketing something out of the deal.

I agree. Here in the Northeast, gooning around on snow-covered parking lots is a common pastime. Like in any other situation it's possible to have a police officer be a genuine prick about it, but more often than not - even if they still ask you to leave - they will at very least commend you for choosing the safest

That and the two plastic coolant fittings, one on the side of the engine block and the other on the back of the head. That's for the four-cylinder M44 engine though, it may be different (and better) for the six-cylinder E36s.

I bought an E36 last year. Fun car to drive, but I have never before seen a car so deliberately designed to be unreliable and difficult to work on. Amongst countless other issues, a premium-marque car should not have vital cooling system components made out of plastic that needs to be replaced every 40-50,000 miles.

Correct!
