Unfortunately, the DA tried their best case first. They had a lot of good circumstantial evidence on this one. The others are just he said/she said that his attorneys will destroy.

The rapes didn’t happen at or around the same time though. You can admit evidence of prior bad acts to show an MO if it’s not overly prejudicial but if he hasn’t been convicted of those crimes yet they’re just allegations

You can’t try three cases at the same time that have nothing to do with each other except the defendant.

It didn’t not work, unfortunately.

It should also be mentioned that he made these comments to a jury made up of 11, eleven!, women and 3 men. Apparently, it didn’t bother them too much, because they just found him not guilty.
