I always try this in nightmares involving dogs chasing me and it never works. They usually just stop and stare me down.

I don't know how gaming journalists can hold on. You guys put up with some of the most insane reactions and you keep coming back.

I like to write responses to trolls then hit cancel. It tricks my mind into thinking I had the last word.

I don't know how you Americans are using vending machines down there without dollar coins. It's incredibly easy to just use coins.

I don't think it's worth counterfeiting $1 of paper or metal.

Don't assume. HBO and the other cablers are being weirdly trigger-happy with their renewals. They'll happily continue the show with or without Alan Ball.

I'd kill for Y: The Last Man to get made on any cable channel. I wish BKV would step up and start shopping it around.

If there was a venn diagram of shows that you and I like I'll bet we would have a large overlap, but I'd have The Walking Dead on my side. I think that's true of a lot of people on this site.

I thought so too, but I'm now on the fourth book and I'm really enjoying it. The first book bored me, but the second and third were fantastic.

Here's a sign of things to come: David Goyer said, "Da Vinci was the original Renaissance man".

Looks like we'll be needing a new Transformer for the boys.

On a related note, has anyone seen Frozen Planet yet? The trailer looked top-notch, and it was comforting to hear Mr. Attenborough's voice again.

2001, Bladerunner, Alien (any of them), Terminator (I did see the third one, that wasn't encouraging) and ET.

Don't those gaps bother you? I have my books stacked randomly some on the flat and all that to fill up the holes, but it feels like wasted space. I love the look of the series, that thickness is ideal, but it's inefficient.

Thaaat's what they're for. It's exactly the size for vinyls, isn't it?

Anyone else find those Expedit shelves are perfectly the wrong size for books, DVDs or pretty much anything?

HBO Watch isn't actually an official HBO site. There hasn't been an official statement from HBO yet. I hope the Dark Tower series eventually makes it to HBO, but it's not a sure thing.

It managed to constantly improve itself. I don't know how that was possible, but every episode and storyline was better than the last.

Eeeeeevil week!

Yes and a half! That was amazing. Have you found it on DVD? It's pretty rare.
