Uh, things have changed. Netflix scared all the cable bigshots by producing their own show so the cable channels are fighting back. STARZ is delayiing their Netflix stuff for 90 days after it airs.

HBO doesn't usually water stuff down. I'm pretty sure an HBO adaptation of a series of epic novels is as good as it gets.

I'd be content with regular wolves rather than having a bad cgi job.

I think we all know that electric is only regularly effective against fire. Obviously water is super-effective, but they should try rock or earth.

I think if you start with B/W it'll be hard to go back to D/P or HG/SS. If I was you I'd get Platinum. Play it quick, then get Heartgold or SoulSilver and take your time with those (they're my favorites) and after a while get Black or White. That would be awesome. I'm quite jealous.

Sounds like Katherine Monk's review. She's a fool. I actually liked the movie, but that's beside the point. Miss Monk is a sensationalist who likes to go against the consensus.

The comments on that review are pretty out of the ordinary for io9. Thing have become extremely messy over there. Most of the time things are peaceful, with the exception of fandom fights. But the writers know not to mention certain franshises.

Oh HBO, you confuse me so. Some days I think you're delusional and then the next you show me that you're clearly genius.
