Expanse is in no way stagnant, it is in fact a huge creative success. The problem is that.. well, its on SyFy, which just flat out does not have the viewer base to actually pay for the production costs of the show, which are... considerable. They were hoping the show would pull their viewer numbers up substantially,

Yhea - that did not need to be planned by any larger conspiracy, she killed several of the prison guards. Their colleagues would be very vexed with her, so trying to off her is entirely plausible even in the absence of outside forces messing with the situation.

Rather extensive mods to his entire personality. Which, given he did not choose this.. murder-of-self.

Which, gruesome as it looks is actually designed as a less-lethal weapon.. for use against people with swords. - it lets you take down a swordman without inflicting injuries that wont heal with a bit of luck.

In order for his fate to match the persistence of the entire rest of the crew, he pretty much has to be all-right - there is no fundamental difference between an entire person and the memories in everyone elses heads, so he is just walking around an orphan of another universe, whos parents will neither meet nor likely

Because honest-to-the-goddess libertarians are unicorns. Hens teeth. 4-leaf clover. On the endangered species list.

The actress is fine, the problem is some of the things they write for her are just really hard to salvage.

They do not have a time machine. They have the space time anomaly that sent Mon-el forward the first time, which sends you forward a fixed number of years. .. tough, if he was in the future for years the first time around, they in fact have the exact opposite problem - they should logically be forced to stay for at

Black Widow is prequel fodder in spades. Heck, if I were writing them, I would go with the comics canon of her being immune to aging and nearly as old as cap, without the time spent in the freezer and have movies set through-out the twentieth century.

The problem is not that there are too many episodes, the problem is that despite being structurally perfect for it, Jessica Jones refuses to do side plots, mini-arcs or stand-alone episodes. She is a super-powered private investigator, who is publically known as such.

They can cure old age - Mick is over 300, so they could just grab 1992 Amaya and roll her biological clock back fifty years, but the word is that it is a new character, so probably not just a considerably older Amaya, tough fifty years of life would probably change her a fair bit.

This is not original to me, but.. those time agents most likely saw what Ray was doing, they just.. did not want to pick a fight with the atom, nor were they actually looking forward to trying to contain a powerful witch. Nobody wants to spend the rest of the day the size of an ant, or as a toad.

Uhm... What? I figured this was a shoe-in for a s2, just because it was well crafted and cant have cost much to make. Did they wildly overspend on the soundtrack rights?

I have a wacky theory. It is this: They are going to resolve Amaya having to have a family in Zambezi by just having her go through with it, and then rejoining the team after.

She is engineered to heck and gone, it is entirely possible she looks a lot younger than she is.

The pallor is probably to minimize comparisons to the history of slavery - The genes are from all over the place, but they made her look whiter than wonderbread just to avoid the call backs to US chattel slavery. Though slavery does seem very much to be the business model here..

What analytica does is computerized theory of mind... Uhm.

Nah, it is going to be a Westworld riff. Which will do even *more* damage to their trust of Rip, but not matter much to the relationship - Remember Sara meeting Gideons avatar for the first time? Instant flirting.

Also, hilarious genetic evidence like the people in Iceland who can trace matrilineal descent back to some american indian woman who got on a viking ship and vent home with them around the year 1000.

.. Silly title? Inept marketing? I do not understand it either, excepting only the explanation that the title hindered word of mouth, because people were embarrassed to recommend “The man from uncle” to their friends and family
