While I hate to agree, this is the promo image Ron’s team took from Ubisoft, rather than a crop and bad photoshop of the other promotional image. But it is still copyright infringement and misuse of intellectual property without prior approval. And, really, it’s not an honest mistake, it’s a pretty egregious one.
