I do want it said and again and again how this has nothing to do with conventional politics. Trump isn’t just wrong or bad (or even primarily wrong or bad) because he’s a Republican. He’s bad because he’s just a shitty human being who just so happens to have hijacked politics.

Apparently people criticizing your candidate just makes you like and defend your candidate more. Like when your parents told you they didn’t like your 9th grade boyfriend so you responded like a 9th grader by doubling down on your looooooove for him.

Up here in the North East many of our elderly and disable care workers are immigrants. Entire staffs of retirement homes and communities. Alzheimers is at record highs and getting worse with the aging Boomers. Who the fuck do they think is going to take care of them for minimum wage. Not their entitled millennial kids…
