I don't even see it that way. The question you should be asking yourself is do you feel you're fairly paid for the work you're doing? If the answer is yes, then who cares what some other fat, lazy asshole makes? If the answer is no, then you need to be renegotiating salary or looking for another job.

I guess it all depends on who it is that is exactly making more. If you come in early, stay late and regularly produce good work but still make less than the lazy guy who is barley there then it should be about that time for you to decide if you want to stay at the company or ask for more money.

I prefer not resenting my coworkers. If you're lazy and useless that's one thing- if you're lazy and useless and making more than me, it just became a lot more difficult to work with you.
