How did she end up getting out of it

I have a question i hope somebody can answer. I had a lost at 4mth, how long does it take after a miscarriage for the nipples and breast to stop hurting? Will it continue till my next period? By them continuing to hurt is causing me more depression cz i keep thinking im still pregnant even tho im not
