Set up some notes for whether or not you’re sufficiently hydrated after your runs. Sleep cycle taught me that hydration was the biggest factor in my ability to stay asleep at night. On days I have enough water early I can stay asleep verses the nights I wake up either hot and thirsty or having to pee.
