It is overall, but once you break down into smaller neighborhoods you can claim it’s not. It isn’t a fair assessment because you’re talking a block-by-block difference as opposed to towns many square miles larger in other parts of the country.

Where in the city are you if you think it's segregated? I grew up there. My school district of one of the most diverse places in the country. If you think it's segregated you need to go out of the way to isolate yourself from anyone else.
