The federal hourly tipped minimum wage was frozen at $2.13/hr in 1996 and hasn’t changed since. Prior to that it was 1/2 of the regular minimum wage. So the regular minimum wage has increased several times since then, but the tipped minimum wage has not.

I didn’t work for free. I got paid well over minimum wage while putting myself through college. Added benefit, I took home cash every night whereas other suckers had to wait two weeks to go cash a check.

It is not by state, it is by restaurant. Some allow you to bring your own. A few never get a liquor license and almost require it.

Nah I see what the guy is saying. I never got upset at villains on TV shows until Captain Cold came to my house and froze all my soup, but it was my own fault for watching The Flash and being a part of that community.
