No, that is not true. A lack of foreskin can cause desensitization. Because the foreskin was removed, (the goal of the procedure) not because it was done incorrectly. The foreskin serves a purpose.

I was given that as a reason by a women less than year ago in a discussion about male circumcision. She didn’t want her sons masturbating, she thought it was gross.
