Yes! I saw the one on A&E, very good. I have to say I found their presentation very convincing.

The fingernail marks on her neck that showed she was alive and struggling when she was strangled are what cinch it for me when it comes to thinking it was an intruder and not the family. I can maybe see them trying to make

The Polynesian religion never went away. The Norse one did.

Pointing out your screaming hypocrisy doesn’t make someone a troll. You are only using such terms to try and distract from your own bad actions.

people taking other people’s cultures

Is the Norse mythology part of current religion?

If it’s from a religion that people still practice, yes.

Which is to say white people are afforded the range of motion to adopt black hairstyles such as dreads and rows without the punishment that black women get for wearing natural or protective hairstyles in society, but most especially in the workplace.

Look, I’m not saying it absolutely should not be allowed. I’m completely in favor of the lawsuit in the story.

Sorry it didn’t stroke your ego as much as you thought it would.

When did I ever say I wanted it to be ok? I’m pointing out what the law actually is because a lot of people clearly don’t understand and think these people discriminating on ABNB are breaking the law. No matter what I personally feel about it, they are not breaking the law.

No, it doesn’t. Federal law allows for discrimination when you are renting a room in a home where you live.

Those are the facts.

According to federal law, you can flat out say you are discriminating against people for otherwise protected reasons. Some states, like CA, let you base your decision on whatever but can’t say it. But in most you can say it, you just can’t advertise it.

You can run an ad stating women or men only. Other than that, the advertisements are the only thing regulated. Your decisions can be based on whatever you want.

ETA: A lot of people also advertise for certain ages, though that seems to be technically illegal, it’s a common practice no one does anything about.

The song sounded like Mad World to me. Just a little slower.

Legally, when renting out a room in a place you live, you actually do have more leeway to discriminate than you would if you were renting out an apartment to someone. The rules are not the same.

All she did was make herself look worse too.

That’s just fucked up.
