Its an obvious scam because some dude on the internet made a video telling everyone that if they give him money they will get super rich. And if people want to donate money to charity, then they can donate money to charity. But telling them the best way to help charity is to give money to an anonymous crypto that will

I don’t think there is any implication of weeding out the idiots. These people took an extremely ignorant risk with their money. They deserve to no longer have that money. There is a social contract to work for the best of everyone, but not to be drug down with the worst of them.

Part of me says some of these idiots deserve what they get, and that is absolutely true.

I don’t know what other games you are planning to pick up, but if you are a frugal gamer, Nintendo games rarely ever get discounts beyond $10 or so.  So for me, its never really worth waiting for to buy their games.  But most other publishers drop price within a month or two.

Your metaphor falls apart because you chose to buy gas while watching ads. The players bought the game months, maybe over a year ago and are just now being served ads. The transaction was one game for x dollars, no ads included. Now many months later one party decides they would like to change the original terms.

It seems to me that a big reason the Switch gets so many indies is the smaller scale of the titles goes well with the handheld aspect.  These are bite size games meant to be played in small spurts.  Add that to a huge userbase that gets about 4 or 5 big titles from Nintendo per year and then looks to fill in the gaps

Well, technically the year 2020 was about 8 years long, so really its been 9 years.

Now playing

It’s your lucky day. They officially announced the BOTW sequel at E3 2019. There was even a trailer!

Maybe I missed it, but I don’t think the modder ever called the game incomplete, or implied that this was the true vision.  I think most people understand that things are cut from media for various reasons (vision, cost, legal, etc).  But this is a mod of a 25 year old game.  This is for the true diehard fans to have

Congratulations, you mixed a stimulant with a depressant.

Can’t wait for Epic to sue Microsoft for unfair battery practices.

I imagine that Nintendo is not involved and it won’t be Animal Crossing or the Nintendo Switch in the full length movie.

I thought that too.  But the fingers certainly aren’t protected from smashing into things.  The rational part of my brain insists there must be some tech in there and a reason for it to exist.

Switch makes you close out of a game entirely in order to download anything.

If I remember correctly, the first voice actor accused Gearbox of some shady shit and got replaced for Borderlands 3. So its not like there is a long history here of a single voice actor.

Ignoring the fact that Kevin Hart still makes absolutely zero sense as Roland, they really are getting some big names for this movie. Lionsgate must be throwing some serious cash around.

Weird.  I have Netgear mesh and it works flawlessly.  I move around the house with it all the time and never have issues.  I even have a dock in my basement, living room, and bedroom each on a different floor.

First off, they had to make an XBox version in order to keep the contract with MLB.

It will be interesting to see if it gets the same level of support, runs as well, etc.

United Avian Embassy maybe?
