I just started ACIII last night. Its been in my backlog for a while and all the talk of ACIV made me take the plunge. I'm about 2 hours in and I'm not impressed so far.

If so that is a very interesting situation. Servers for large games can cost six figures to maintain. I don't believe Sony is offering the same option. It could theoretically have a huge impact on a publisher's bottom line and directly impact support for the console. Do you have a link to where you heard this?

I imagine that third parties pay a hefty fee to use those servers as well. I doubt very much Microsoft provides them for free.

It certainly looks better. But this is another example of how well the cel-shaded art style ages. Just like Wind Waker, it still looks good. And also shows how powerful the GCN really was.

I have the exact same concern. The reward of finding new equipment is what makes the dungeons so exciting. Finding a room you can't access, but making a mental note to come back later is fun for me. I'll still buy it day one and probably love it, but for the first time ever I have concerns for a Zelda game. But…
