And appropriately, this was the scene outside Trump Tower last night:

What, no mention of the new Logan trailer that dropped this morning?

Well, the main thread that runs through the whole series is the dark side of American history. There are tons of possibilities there without resorting to campy stupidity. How about the Donner party? Take that in a weird new supernatural direction. The Manson murders are actually a pretty good suggestion, or something

There should be a new Clue game based on that. “It was Darth Plum in the solarium with a parang!”

DECORATIVE PUMPKIN

A highly underrated album, in my opinion.

I think it’s the Fletcher Guidebook to Incurable Tyrants and Kings, 2nd edition only. They removed it after that because people had nightmares.

Sounds about right for Alabama. I live slightly to the north of it myself, in Tennessee, which isn’t much better. But um . . . I’m pretty sure the statue being referred to is in Birmingham, hardly a small town.

Touché.

Not only wrong, but arrogant about it. Hmm. Is that you, Donald Trump? Shouldn’t you be, like, learning how to president?

Inspiring.

Q: What did Jabba the Hut say to Slave Leia when she complimented him on the lovely texture of his skin?
A: You’re yanking my chain.

Yeah, I’m still working on it.

Just call him Darth Collex from now on.

Damn. Nailed it, Katherine. One of your best articles hands down. You’ve done the impossible and actually made me appreciate the prequels somewhat.

Kid infestations are the worst. Someone really ought to spray for that.

It still irks me that we could’ve gotten a really badass BioShock movie with Gore Verbinski at the helm, but the studio wouldn’t foot the bill for a decent Rated-R film. Sorry, I just have to vent about that from time to time. Carry on.

Oops, I intended that to go to the main article. Somehow I ended up sending it to you. Sorry about that. But it was awfully sporting of you to reply thoughtfully anyway.

This aside, I’ve always thought it would be cool to actually adapt a Shakespeare play’s to a futuristic setting, say, a huge generational starship. Who’s to say that in the future the language won’t be just as dense and difficult to understand? I really think it could work if someone did a really elaborate sci-fi film

Okay, gotcha.

The point is that all of those elements were named after places, including copper, which derives its name from Cyprus, an ancient source of copper mines.
