For fun, you all ought to head to Gawker to read the comments to the exact same story.

I don't use a hand-held but I use a drop spreader to spread salt around my (huge) driveway. My garage is down an incline to the basement level (street level is the first floor of the house) with a turn-around in back. All told I have about 3500 square feet to cover. Works a treat. Just rinse it out after and

I have to admit that's brilliant.

Yep, that's been my biggest complaint about the contestants playing the game. I'd definitely want to run the board from the bottom to the top (highest $ to lowest $).

Yes, it had duck fat in it! I didn't write the name of the dish down and now I can't remember it! The waiter said that if the next time I was in that I could request it and if I asked nicely they'd probably make it. He also said the chefs were protective of their duck fat. ;-)

Oh, wow, that's quite a steal in my opinion. For your sake, too, I hope they don't catch on. I'd be putting it on just about everything if the wife didn't despise the stuff (long story). I may go looking for some. I'm too afraid to cook a whole duck at home; it's too expensive for me to take a chance and ruin it,

Oh my gawd, yes! I went to a restaurant that had them and as soon as I saw them on the menu I knew that's what I was getting. Amazing stuff.

Google "iron harvest." Mind-blowing that unexploded ordinance is still regularly found from freakin' WWI.

That was fantastic. He went perfectly through a double-apex corner around 2:49 like it was no big deal.

Idiots. That is all.

Hell yes! My parents bought one; we travelled across the country in it. It was a pretty good van, although I always thought the engine was in an odd spot.

Yep, my wife's Camry with the 5S-FE went pop. It had 188K miles on it so I can't complain too much.

I'm a forty-something man who generally has his shit together but this video made me close my office door.

Start with the following two links:

I bet I've watched that episode AT LEAST 10 times. This episode and "El Secuestro," the one where Pam gets kidnapped, are easily my favorites.

I have both the Thermapen and the RT600C. I prefer the RT600C as it's smaller and easier to wield. I'm also a lefty and the Thermapen's LCD is on the wrong side for me. ;-) The RT600C I can just read upside down.

THIS. Everything you said. Be unfailingly polite. Most cruisers have audio and video now and if things were ever to go to court, your demeanor WILL have a bearing.

My local library has power monitors available for checkout, so that's an option to figure out your load. I used it on my machine (i5-3570k overclocked to 4.4GHz, Radeon HD 7950 overclocked) maxing out both the CPU and GPU and I don't think I even used 300 watts.

LOOK AT HIS TUFTED EARS!
