Is it possible to preorder the new ipod touch with the free ipod touch back to school promotion?

Is there a parking app that doesn't require an internet connection? I use an iphone without a data plan, which is why I ask.

I'm digging the gold colored links.

@Kwinten: Scrolling smoothness depends on the program. Of all programs I've used including usage with a magic mouse, I've found that Opera is the smoothest. The magic mouse does increase smoothness for other programs, but where else does it matter so much?

I just hope they can cancel out the jitter well.

@firite: Depends. Opera's useful (to me at least ) if you want the fastest navigation. I hardly ever use the tab bar, and I never use the buttons at the top (like back, forward, refresh) because everything can be done with a gesture. I keep both of those bars at the top there only because my sister gets annoyed…

@♫ Realityism ♪♫: How fast can you switch tabs? I just right click and scroll to change tabs. The screenshot depicts the scrolling menu that appears when I activate the gesture.
