Ahh, the “lift yourself up by the bootstraps” take. It’s a little easier to connect when all of the connections have already been made for you, no?

Every time Hunter comes on screen my family all yells “FREDO”.  I’m sure he’s a great person with a lot going on, but TV shouldn’t be one of them.  I hope he finds his way out there.

Nacho for Prez!!!

“It’s one of the highest grossing restaurants in America. The top three.”

Sometimes cheap, not-so-great, nostalgia driven pizza exactly what hits the spot. And yes, definitely order ahead. When I’m in the mood for it, I get on the app and place the order right when I leave work. Right before I turn down the main drag on my way home, I get the notification that it’s ready, hop in, type the

I haven’t had Little Caesars deep dish in years, but I recall it being okay. I think LC gets a bad rap for being cheap pizza but it’s honestly an amazing deal for what you get, regardless of which style you go for. Just make sure you order ahead of time to get a fresh pie.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Little Caesar’s Deep Deep Dish is the best pizza from any of the big US chains (Jet’s is better, but not as widely available). But obviously that’s only if you like Detroit style, obviously, which I do (never could get behind NY or other regional styles, but Detroit is where

I like my pizza like I like my women: born and raised in South Detroit.

I still have hope. LOTR movies/books are hands down my favorite series, so despite this looking rather... eh, I’m still planning to watch it.

I love getting reviews sent back in time from people in the future who’ve already seen the show. Very helpful.

It’s popular to lambaste Tolkien’s prose style, but he was a solid writer with a good grasp of character, plot, and scene. The fact that he didn’t do anything with the Second Age beyond notes, outlines, and genealogies (that were published posthumously) suggests there just isn’t a story there.

Actually it can, while it could be 100% tuna when it is put into the recipe the cooking process can damage the DNA enough that it won’t look exactly like Tuna DNA as far as a lab test is concerned. there’s also just the fact that fish mislabeling in the global fish market is EXTREMELY rampant. Having some fish in your

That was my first thought... if the tuna is cooked, the DNA should denature and it would be very hard to identify an intact uniquely “tuna” segment of DNA at that point, even with PCR.

I bet those meatballs aren't even really made from balls

Ever wonder what happens to complex protein during the cooking process? Like the sort of extremely long-chain molecules that DNA is made of? If they were finding tuna DNA I’d be worried that the tuna had not been properly cooked.

Yeah, I hear forensic murder investigators often mix dna samples with mayonnaise and lemon juice to make sure to get extra good results.

Good lord, why do people suck so much?

I second that about Wild Mike’s.  More like Mild Mike’s.  The box has more flair than the actual pizza inside it.

I’d submit Kroger’s brand pizzas to the list as well. I think they hold up fairly well to the non-store brands (and I far prefer their crust to DiGiorno’s).

The only reason I’ve stuck with this show is because Newton, Woods and Harris can somehow make any scene they’re in compelling. From mid season 2 on though, it feels more and more like an okay sci-fi anthology series that happens to have a lot of the same characters in it.
