I absolutely get bored driving automatics. And that is AT BEST. Usually they actively annoy the ever-loving-shit out of me.

I would imagine gps records from thier phone would be incriminating if it is a false report. I wonder if the cars infotainment system keeps track of when phones are connected via Bluetooth.
