This accidentally has 100% liability on the white SUV, but after watching this many times, the tow truck driver was going way too fast by a row of much slower cars. I never do that.

One thing I hate about right lanes around me is the lane is TORE UP. Semi trucks use those lanes and they’re so fucking bumpy I can’t handle it. I will move over early if I see someone coming so they can pass without slowing down or trying to get over tho.
