Easy to solve. If you’re being harassed, all you have to do is respond to the perpetrator and say “I feel threatened by you and am in fear of my life caused by the messages you are sending me, please stop right away because I’m scared.” And if they continue to do it, they are in the 100% know and can be prosecuted.
