This is dumb. I’ve driven lyft/Uber in LA over 10,000 rides, and between 10pm and 4am is the SAFEST time to drive. The least traffic by far. The MOST dangerous time is 4:30am to 9am because the morning rush people are fucking scary. I actually refuse that time. 2pm to 7pm is the second most dangerous time.
