Why are there no Blu-ray releases for this show? Who should I mail the appropriately explosive substances to in order to make this happen? (First time commenting in here, so bear with me if this has been asked and answered before.)

I sincerely doubt that any native speaker of Japanese would associate one word with the other. What's more, "kuru" as "rickets" is especially obscure.
