Hey don't forget Queens — A&S was the Macy's of that borough too. The old A&S mall (now Queens Center), with the Alexander's nearby, and 25-cent pizza slices and dirty-water hot dogs… ah memories of my youth as a lad in NYC.

Yup they are one and the same. "Manhattan Mall" is the correct name; I've just always thought of it by its location.

Yes you're right — I recognized Shaw's cover job place as the first floor of Bloomie's in the premier, but it did seem different the past two eps. Bergdorf's is way out of my income bracket so I've only seen it from the outside.

Manhattan doesn't really have 'malls', as the rest of the US knows them,
save Herald Square Mall; the outer boroughs do however. Manhattan has
department stores, like Macy's. The interior of the Shaw-Martine
shoot-out locale looks like it's Bloomingdales, and the exterior is
Bergdorf Goodman.
