Guess it’s time to start ordering Bose headsets in bulk.

There’s nothing wrong with liking this car. My dad lives on a farm and one of his buddies came over with a Raptor while I was there. He let me tear around in it - it was amazingly fun. I’m not going to drive back here to DC and street park and run errands with it - that would be foolhardy. But we are car enthusiasts. T

Do it, you coward.

These prices actually aren’t ridiculous for a pretty sharp looking bike. I would definitely consider one of these if I was in the market.

It didn’t have much HP for its size but it had a decent amount of torque in a usable range and basically fell asleep on the highway, which made for some nice MPG numbers. I miss my 3800 powered vehicle.

I’ve driven old Integras, and Civics, I absolutely loved that both were similar, but catered to an entirely different experience. There’s been opportunities to make a cheap sports car for Acura. What they decided to do was rebadge a civic in the most lazy way possible. I don’t think buyers in the beginnings of a

My first car was a 1993 Buick Lesabre that my parents gave me when I turned 16. Not the coolest car in the world for a non-rich kid surrounded by rich kids at a prep school all driving Wranglers and VW Cabrios, but I was grateful. That 3.8 litre V6 felt like a lot at the time (although now I’m aghast at how little

I’ve owned four Fieros, and they similarly have no cup holders... until one day I realized that you could wedge a big cup in behind the exploded gauge panel between it and the dash. Then you had to be careful that the lid didn’t pop open, as drink would spill all over the dash wiring. A legitimate cup holder would

I’m not sure if it’s “too small”, but when I bought an MR2 on BaT a few years ago, I flew up to Buffalo to pick it up and drive it down. Stopped at a McDonalds on the way back to grab a coffee since it was early, and of course there was not a single cupholder in the entire vehicle. I’m not big on needing a million

As someone who lives in high humidity and burns easily, the best convertible for *summer* is something with a roof and good air conditioning. Convertible season is October through early December and like two days in mid May 😂

I did 130 in my 1964 New Yorker one night at 2 am on an empty freeway.

What a bunch of beta cucks.

To get the best results you need both the Tornado and the Fuel Shark. That’s right, a Fuel Sharknado.

If you didn’t do it in a Park Avenue or a Roadmaster, I’m not sure it counts.

Another great one. I was the designated transport guy, I once squeezed 9 of us in those red velour seats. I can’t believe I didn’t kill myself or others.

I think I held it before (1978) with my 73 Eldorado!

Hooray!
Came here for this joke, and I wasn’t disappointed!
Thank you!

Breaking the land yacht speed record? I did that in my 93 Buick Lesabre back in 1999 when I got my license. Record still stands, I think.

It’s insane, but paintings have sold for more - and you can’t DRIVE a painting. You could commute to work in this if you had to. :-)
