I have an Audi A3 8P wagon, and I love the clean, smooth design. No extra fuckery in the body, not too many fake vents, no weird creases or lines. Everything is low key and understated, but still elegant.

Well put. Unfortunately kids these days want ALL the surface excitement they can cram onto a car.
to make your point: CUVs
Not every car needs to be over-styled to death. Sometimes plain and clean design is good.
Shineeeey <thumbs up>.
Also cleaning the audi wagon. And putting a three inch lift on the other wagon.
I love that DC still uses those tags.
I have not but I’ve been helping someone on a Dodge Magnum owners forum to get things done on his car. I’m uploading a photo of my car to the left and that’s him standing next to my car (mine is the hemi).
Those tires would last maybe a block or two in my pothole-riddled town.
I’ve gotten the first wash and wax on the two DDs done for the year - and since they’re just sitting in the driveway, even if it does rain...or snow...all I need to do is clean it with some quick detailer and we’re back to super shiny.
How many of these people are in the “If not Bernie than Trump” camp?
Believe it or not, this has been washed.
Gotta keep a bit for the next day, and the one after that, and the one...
Doing the same here. Rationing out my work.
I support this.
I really need to wash my formally white car. Since I don’t use it much, I’ve not kept up with its appearance.
Good call, gotta space out the work so it lasts. I clay bar’d mine about a month ago, makes a real difference, especially with older paint.
I keep meaning to detail mine. Then the weekend rolls around, and nothing but rain.
I’m doing progressive clay barring on the Z3. A panel or two at a time. Then I’ll compound. Then polish. Not too much at one time.
No cars left in my stable worth cleaning, so I am just finishing projects around the house where I have the supplies, but up until now didnt have the time.
There she is, in all her manual, turbocharged, wagon-y glory. Anybody else getting on the obsessive car washing train?
