I’ve had great experiences. Rented for business, pleasure, all the time - especially when I didn’t have a car. Just rented an Audi TTS for when my Audi is going to be in the shop getting coil overs and an ECU tune. I highly recommend it!

It’s just a different feeling, though. The Model X accelerates like a spaceship going into hyperspace . It’s clinical. The Hellcat...god. That rumble. The shaking. The raw feeling of unbridled and uncontrolled power. The feeling that if you do something wrong, you will be punished.
Had a chance to drive a Hellcat Charger right after I had a Model X (thanks, Turo!) - the Model X was by far faster accelerating and faster feeling . That being said, I felt true fear every time I touched the gas pedal in traffic in the Hellcat.
Have manual. Drive in downtown DC where i live. Can confirm that you can absolutely drive a manual while drinking coffee and picking a song on your phone.
I don’t follow NASCAR, but I do enjoy F1 and other racing. What was the reason for all these changes? This seems to add unneeded complexity to an inherently simple concept and sport. Were fans leaving?
I drove one of the Charger Hellcats down in Arizona last fall (thank, Turo!) - did you find that the steering was INCREDIBLY heavy at low speeds? I had problems pulling it into parking spots at first. Felt like driving a non-power steering car.
There aren’t more than 3 or maaaaaybe 4 cities in America that have public transport systems that could allow you to easily not have a car. If all cities larger than 500k in population had true, ditch-the-car public transport, maybe it would be a “luxury” tax, but when you have places like Atlanta that require a 2…
Didn’t Grand Tour say this couldn’t have a trailer hitch attached? Isn’t that a HUGE downside when it comes to the U in SUV? I haven’t towed that many things in my life, but why on earth would you get this instead of the sedan?
Can someone tell me who to hate here? The terrible, awful budget airline? Florida Woman? The TSA? Can I hate all of them? Except for Pebbles, clearly.
Just spent a few weeks in japan and YES to cash. What they don’t tell you is that a huge percentage of ATMs there don’t accept western debit cards. 7-11 does, so go there and take out the max amount of cash. A lot of bank atms won’t work with US or UK cards.
Crystals don’t improve cars? Next thing you’ll tell me is that the Fuel Shark doesn’t improve mileage.
Any word on off road capability and bona fides? Seems to have Range Rover-style terrain settings. Might it be a real off-road capable crossover?
A lot of roads here, around DC, have been privatized - most noticeably Rt 66. Prices are quite high - can range from $1.25 to nearly $40 during rush hour. While i appreciate it as a commuter that can afford these high EZ Pass tolls, it really exacerbated the divide between the rich and poor. Got money? Take the…
I’m sick and tired of having the responsibility for a living wage being pushed off onto the whims of consumers and customers. This puts people that probably need the money and are not the most fiscally secure in a terrible position, while allowing huge companies to get away with paying them (very often) far below…
What...did I just read?
Ok, James.
What happened to that rear window?? It feels like there should be another set of doors back there with the split window. It looks awful.
