The official US release hasn’t happened yet.  He was provided a screener for this review.

Got to give credit to this series. Like Legends of Tomorrow once it realized its tone and drove with it, things really shifted into gear. Also plus that it was never ashamed and promoted its diverse cast and crew.

Let’s all push that nos button in honor of its feat.

It does happen, but that’s a ridiculously small percentage of the people have gotten into D&D via Critical Role.
It’s done so much for the game and the hobby and substantially grown the audience base.

The video is a 46 minute interview with Paul W.S. Anderson, with about 20 seconds of movie footage at the 42:08 mark. It’s pretty impressive, but personally, I don’t want to listen to Paul W.S. Anderson for 40 minutes. Just skip ahead for the clip.

You know what I’d buy in a goddamned heartbeat? A giant PS5 SKU with the guts of every Playstation inside. I wouldn’t care if the damn thing was $899.99. I wouldn’t even care if its aesthetics were designed by the same time traveler stuck in 2010's Chinese bargain bin that designed the regular PS5. If Sony made it

Pretty sure only 9 of these couldn’t run on a PS5 and this one was thrown in as subtext.

It would have made more sense, for her to look insane, if instead the Tarleys bent the knee and she burned them anyways just for the hell of it.

The Rocka who?

If you wanna go just to buy stuff might as well go to Frank & Son since its in the LA area.

2017 was 100,000

Def, I stopped going to LA Comic Con years ago, back when it was still Stan Lee’s Comikaze.

It just really pales in comparison to something like Wondercon. It only benefitted from being an ok con during the autumn/winter when most of the really good Cali cons are during the Spring/Summer

Well since this is the only event to happen in LA, and people are bored from boredom. i wouldn’t be surprised if they got 50000 people to show up....

Even in normal times, it’s hard to imagine 50,000 people have ever attended LA Comic Con.

BlueMix’s post is probably the best post in this thread. Lupin III is basically Japan’s answer to James Bond and has influenced a lot of major film producers like John Lasseter (Pixar) and George Lucas (Lucasfilm). As such, you might see elements from the Lupin III series pop up in other animated films in the West. I

All the various entries are mostly self-contained, so pretty much anywhere.

So glad GKids is using the Part II/IV/V cast for the film. For whatever reason, Discotek uses a completely different dub cast for their Lupin specials/movies from their TV series dubs.

Honest question: Is the Fraction/Aja series a fair representation of Clint? With as much praise as it deservedly gets, I wonder if it’s more the exception than the rule. With a good enough team doing the art and story, you can make just about any character interesting.

Aren’t those actually the ones that prominently feature Kate?

Yea it seems awfully specific to say “most video game platforms” when in fact it is decidedly a Sony exclusive. It’s what happens when io9/gizmodo does video game tangent reporting instead of Kotaku.

Oh yeah, NOW we’re talkin’!
