Dude worked on Rise of Skywalker, BvS, and Justice League. Pretty sure he’s just piling on now that Whedon is a convenient scapegoat.
To be fair, almost every action figure company does that all the time. These days, more than ever. Hasbro, Mattel, Mezco, they all use standard interchangeable parts.
Right?
I like V For Vendetta, but I feel the same way about it as I do about From Hell: it’s an entertaining movie, but it’s not Alan Moore’s story so much as the parts the filmmakers found the most relevant and interesting, reshaped into a conventional three-act Hollywood structure.
Seems like the writer was looking for Super Mario 64 2 instead of Super Mario 3D Land 2. The latter is closer to what this game is.
I might argue this game could be pretty good for those not great at platformers—some of the later levels do get challenging, but it’s generally light, easy, and fun. Definitely more casual than anything in 3D All Stars. And, if you die a bunch in any one level, you have the option of a “god mode” power-up that will…
I mean, also fact: A private paramilitary organization conducted a clandestine operation in Nigeria with neither knowledge nor consent of the Nigerian government, and Nigerian & Wakandan citizens died as a result. Let alone that organization is commanded by someone who wears an American flag as his costume. While it’s…
No Maggott, No Vote.
Never knew Maggott existed until this, he’s awesome. Thank you
MAGGOTT 4 LIFE
JUSTICE FOR MAGGOTT, YOU COWARDS.
the sequels didn’t almost kill Star Wars. You whiners really can’t understand that people enjoyed those films and that one of them is the best film in the whole series.
There is nothing wrong with episodes 7 and 8.
Part of me wishes he basically dumped whatever “ancient Jedi text” he had over whatever this Galaxy’s version of the “internet” is and we had a Force user free-for-all with people teaching themselves and making up their own versions of the Jedi, Sith and whatever’s in between.
I’d kill for any Star Wars story that didn’t explicitly tie in with what’s come before. Or did it extremely obliquely. I actually liked what I read of Star Wars Legacy, the comic that featured Luke’s descendant who was avoiding his legacy like the plague. It was interesting, it was recognizable without feeling like…
Hot take incoming. Are we sure Luke is that great a Jedi? He spent like a semester at Jedi school under Yoda and that’s it. I actually liked TLJ showing Luke as a sad failure who realizes his dream of rebuilding the old Jedi order was dumb and something new had to happen.
No love for Amphibia or Owl House?! So its treason then.
It’s weird that you’re so fixated on this. WoW is an MMORPG. The last three letters are key there. It doesn’t make sense that in a narrative story, you can just jump around in the timeline and redo events that have already occurred. If I want to see a part of the story in most RPG’s, I have to replay the entire game…
