I don’t see how letting this drag on for another 30 years would help her. He should be punished. But if these documents show that he did in fact serve his sentence than I would imagine he will just go home and continue with his life. If not then he would (hopefully) serve additional time.

He apparently was just retested the month before. So maybe not an age thing, sounds like he may have been impaired for some other reason.
