I don’t think she can. But it is reviewed by the courts annually and she is interviewed. When asked at the last renewal she had no objection to it.

I dont think you can develop bipolar disorder due to environmental factors. She does have ADD though (I believe she has said as much) which can cause all sorts of issues like empathy disorder, depression, anxiety disorder, which could absolutely be made worse by her career.
