The 2 in neighboring cities have a drive-thru and car-side service. I have used the drive-thru over there a few times and didn’t tip (although if the line is long, they bring it out to you while in line, which does confuse me on the tipping part, but I still didn’t since it was the drive-thru.)

At my Sonic, they ARE servers. There is no drive-thru and they serve you car side. I always tip them. What’s the issue?

Same here. I know millions have complaints about Charter - and I only have their internet - but I have had maybe 3 instances of temporary outage in over a decade. But I get mailers for their cable about 3 times a week, which annoys me.
