Only the 2012 5.0's had issues so you’re fine with 2013+. The 2009-2011 4.6 engines are fine as well (I have 83k on my 2010 4.6 and no issues).

In many of the cases no law was broken. They are frivolous and designed to cause a financial burden in concert.
