I feel you so hard on ~99% of this (2 years instead of 6, but I REALLY thought I had it right this time) so I really just want to say thank you for sharing this. IIRC, she only has one or two corgis left and while I don’t know what England’s animal abuse laws are like, Her Majesty seems like too much of an animal lover to risk her dogs’ health by letting them near...that thing.
