Any one else ever notice that nonstick pans make for crap pan sauce? I have an non-non-stick pan, so a stick pan I guess? anyways I use it for searing meats when I want to make a pan sauce because my non-sticks just don’t collect enough goodies to make a decent sauce with. am I alone on this?

Ditto. I like the first trio of hosts. It was their lack of really understanding what the show is and how to make it work that ruined them. I suspect the history channel encouraged dumbing down of the platform.
