Should I should never talk about "The Happening" around you two?

Texans like Mayor Parker are the reason I refuse to leave my state to the crazies.

I skimmed through 5 years of Gawker headlines and I still have no idea who she is. I gave up because my scrolling thumb got tired.

She needs introduction for at least one of me.

I wouldn't call Childish Gambino just a "corny Asian fetishist". I don't think he's the greatest ever but you seem to have taken his comments way too seriously. Also since when do "most" nerds have Asian fetishes?

I'm seeing one too many black celebrities give their awful input about this situation and their general opinion is that black people shouldn't be angry about this situation because ~hate breeds more hate~ and we are the ones responsible for the racial divide in this country and blah, blah, blah. It mystifies me how

When ex-military are commenting that they rolled lighter in Afghanistan than "police" in St. Louis, I think that is an indication that the terrorists did actually win.
They have turned us into them.

I was just about to call "Misandry!" because I want one, too.

Men get celebrated for saying they're feminists, while women get vilified for it. Quite a few of these young actresses aren't willing to stick their necks out yet.

He gives me pants feelings.

Is it just me or are there more young men than young women in Hollywood who identify as feminists? Just off the top of my head: JGL, Josh Hutcherson and Daniel Radcliffe all seemed to have confirmed that they're feminists recently.

I think my straight boyfriend wants one of his own too.

Get in line, ladies... I've been imaginary dating JGL since the 500 Days time frame. We're getting pretty serious.

The meds thing really irked me (and still does). Sure, maybe don't overmedicate yourself to the point where you dream about dying in a plane crash and remain unfazed, but also DON'T JUST STOP TAKING YOUR MEDS BECAUSE YOUR BONER TELLS YOU TO.

If they could have had him just walk away in the end, it would have been so much better. It still would have been a completely stupid, pointless movie full of irritating twee stereotypes and a weird message about how you should stop taking your meds. But it would have been better.

I think her take is quite reasonable. The ad was about as creatively lazy as an airline food joke.

I think this sums up nicely how our society treats problems:

I love games where you can choose yours actions, but I have to say that i never replay them. That one gameplay was mine, and that ending is mine, and don't care about the other endings, but knowing they exist makes my time with the game really unique. :)

"Restraint" to Ferguson Police = Arresting journalists, lobbing tear gas at news trucks, shooting unarmed black teenager, firing tear gas and rubber bullets on peaceful demonstrators.

"We've done everything we can to demonstrate a remarkable amount of restraint."
